Slip rates are based on the size of slip not of the size of your boat
that will occupy it. Slip rates are based on a 12-month annual lease and
include summer dockage and winter storage (January 1st to December
31st). Services such as haul-out, launch, winterizing, summerizing and
shrink-wrap are not included.
Please contact our Service Department for
a complete schedule of rates for all routine services. Applicable taxes
are extra. Slips are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and
all rates are subject to change without notice.
