Slip rates are based on the size of slip not of the size of your boatthat will occupy it. Slip rates are based on a 12-month annual lease andinclude summer dockage and winter storage (January 1st to December31st). Services such as haul-out, launch, winterizing, summerizing andshrink-wrap are not included.
